A swim testimonial....
When I started back in July 2006, I couldn't swim 100m without running out of breath.
On Saturday, I ran 6 miles and just last night I swam 66 laps for the first time ever.
There was one training session/clinic in the pool at American River College was pivotal for me ....thanks TBF !!
