TBF Training offers Fitness Training, which is designed to help individuals of all ages and ability levels Get in Shape, Improve their Health and Fitness level, while having Fun and enjoying Life. Our Total Body Fitness Boot Camps meet three-times a week, currently at Land Park in Sacramento with additional locations coming soon, and will provide a complete workout for anyone looking to lose weight, get in shape, or just feel better. TBF Training also has group workouts in Running, Cycling, and Swimming that are coached by TBF Coaches and are suitable for all levels of athletes looking to improve their sports performance. Personal Training is also available on a private basis for individuals looking to reach new levels of health and fitness quickly.
