TBF Training offers group workouts that are designed to help individuals of all ages and ability levels get in shape, improve their health and fitness, meet new people, while enjoying a fun workout.  The Total Body Fitness Boot Camps meet multiple times at multiple locations each week making it easy and convenient to make it to a workout.  TBF Boot Camps are held at several greater Sacramento area locations including McKinley Park (Sacramento), Beals Point (Lake Folsom), and Nimbus Flat (Lake Natoma).  Every TBF Boot Camp will provide a complete workout for anyone looking to lose weight, get in shape, get stronger, or just feel better.

  • Running:  Trail run workouts, tempo/track run workouts, distance/long/endurance run workouts, fun/easy/recovery run workouts.

  • Cycling:  Road/MTB Bike skills clinics, tempo rides, endurance/long rides, base fitness rides, easy/recovery rides.

  • Swimming:  Pool swim clinics, open water swim lessons/workouts, ½ and 1-mile swim time trials, fun swim workouts.

  • Boot Camps:  Strength, cardio, “fun & games”, and agility all wrapped up into a fun and motivational workout.

  • Personal Training is also available on a private/semi-private/small group basis for individuals looking to improve their fitness, reach new skill levels, and/or improve their health quickly.
