TBF Triathlon Training Classes
TBF Training has been teaching the sport of Triathlon to athletes of all levels and ages since 1995. We have helped over a thousand athletes prepare for and complete their first or best triathlon with our group training classes. We provide an environment of learning and motivation that inspires athletes to achieve their best. Plus our classes provide endless opportunities to meet new training partners and make new workout friends. 2008 Schedule:

Summer Triathlon Class May 5 to July 13 includes entry into July TRI for FUN#2 Sprint Distance Triathlon or July TRI for REAL #2 Olympic Distance Triathlon

 Women's Learn To TRI Class # 1 April 28 to June 7
Women's Learn To TRI Class # 2 June 2 to July 12
Women's Learn To TRI Class # 3 July 14 to August 24
Women's Learn To TRI Class # 4 August 25 to October 12

Performance Triathlon Class July 14 to July 31

Fall Triathlon Class August 4 – October 12. Includes free entry into the Golden State Triathlon

Spring Triathlon Class includes entry into the ICE Breaker Triathlon

Triathlon Coach of the Month: Kelly Harrington

Kelly HarringtonTBF Triathlon Coach of the Month- Kelly Harrington

Kelly finished 2006 with an overall victory at the Golden State Triathlon. She started the 2007 racing season with second overall finishes at the ICE Breaker Triathlon and the Auburn International Triathlon.

Kelly's goals for the rest of 2007 are to improve her Tri-For-Real Triathlon bike and run times over last year's times and consistently improve at each consecutive (Tri-For-Real) race this year. 

Her number one goal is to continue to have fun training and racing!
