Group training classes include seasonal beginner to intermediate Triathlon Training , year-round Iron-distance Triathlon Training , weekly track workouts, mountain biking, women's only training and training classes specifically tailored to races throughout the country and around the world! We have a full staff of professional coaches who work hard to motivate, teach, and lead the way in helping you exceed your own expectations and reach your potential. Group training offers the motivation and support that makes exercising fun and educational as well as a network of individuals for both athletic and social friendships. At TBF training classes we teach you how to train smart, through lessons learned at a variety of clinics and seminars, and then practice these tips and skills throughout the class to make you not just fitter but smarter. Personal services include personal coaching, personal training and other services to complement your exercise program such as nutrition counseling and massage therapy. Q: I have little exercise experience let alone ever having done a triathlon. Are TBF classes going to be too hard for me?
A: TBF classes are tailored for beginner to intermediate levels. Sometimes classes are split up into ability or focus levels and you will surely have others at your ability level to exercise with. We will put in every effort to make sure you feel comfortable. If you prefer to train in a more personal setting first, give our personal training a try.
Q: I have been training for triathlons for some time now and I would like to take it to the next level. Are TBF workouts going to be too slow for me?
A: TBF classes attract a large range of ability levels. In addition to meeting training partners of your ability level you will learn the basics (basic mean essential, not necessarily obvious or easy!) and work on your advanced skills with the group under the supervision of our coaches. If you are unwilling to learn how to train smarter instead of just harder, then it may take some time before realizing the impact TBF training can have on your success.
Q: Is TBF a team?
A: TBF is not technically not a team, but our athletes understand they are part of something special and treat their peers like family. Our emphasis is on fun and competing within yourself.
