Mountain Bike Skills Camp 
Saturday, March 21, Granite Beach/Folsom Lake, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.

At the TBF MTB Camp you will learn how to ride your mountain bike with confidence and be able to negotiate more challenging terrain.  This Class will help all levels of riders improve their riding form, balance, techniques, and more!

2015 Susan G Komen 5K/10K Training Class
March 10 – May 9  This is a great Class for anyone needing a little help preparing for the 2015 “Race for a Cure” on May 9th at Cal Expo, Sacramento.  The program includes 3 coached workouts each week geared toward developing general fitness, functional strength, and proper walk/run form.  Workout activities will include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular activities, stretching, walking, running, and team building exercises.  Other features include written training plans, Welcome Packet, custom logoed Class shirt, and more!  The workouts will also teach participants get started on a walk/run fitness program and then learn how to incorporate healthy activities into their everyday life. More info»

Women's Cycling ClassCalling all Ladies! We want to help you develop your road bike skills, confidence, enjoyment and camaraderie. Join our 12-week Women's Cycling Class and get ready for the Chico Wildflower Cycling event.

Class will meet every Sunday at 9 am beginning January 25 and finish on April 26 at the Chico Wildflower. You are invited to our information meeting January 21 at 6:00 pm at Folsom Bike.
First workout is on Sunday, January 25th - 9 am at Folsom Bike.
