Father's Day Triathlon Class April 21 – June 14.
The Father’s Day Triathlon Class is an 8-week coed class meeting three times per week concluding with the Father’s Day Sprint Triathlon (or longer Olympic-distance Sacramento International Triathlon) on June 14th at Discovery Park, Sacramento. The class will teach the principles of triathlon training with emphasis on improving each athletes overall abilities in swimming, biking, and running while developing core strength, flexibility, and stability, learning and practicing proper techniques in all three sports, and sensibly and successfully adopting the multisport lifestyle. Included with the 8-week class is a ‘Triathlete IN-Training’ class t-shirt and a $50 voucher towards your Graduation Race with TBF Racing on June14th. You don't have to be a dad to take this coed class; all workouts are coed, so both male and female athletes are welcome!

2015 Open Water Swim Class April 27 – September 2.
The TBF Open Water Swim Class is the perfect way to learn how to swim strong and with confidence in the open water. This class will teach you proper swim technique, it will teach you how to improve your swim efficiency, and it will teach you how to swim strong in the open water. 2015 Susan G Komen 5K/10K Training Class
March 10 – May 9 This is a great Class for anyone needing a little help preparing for the 2015 “Race for a Cure” on May 9th at Cal Expo, Sacramento. The program includes 3 coached workouts each week geared toward developing general fitness, functional strength, and proper walk/run form. Workout activities will include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular activities, stretching, walking, running, and team building exercises. Other features include written training plans, Welcome Packet, custom logoed Class shirt, and more! Calling all Ladies! We want to help you develop your road bike skills, confidence, enjoyment and camaraderie. Join our 12-week Women's Cycling Class and get ready for the Chico Wildflower Cycling event.
