Granite Bay Triathlon Class:  June 21 – August 15. 
The Granite Bay Triathlon Class is an 8-week coed class that meets 3x per week and concludes with the Granite Bay Triathlon Race on August 15th at Granite Bay, Folsom Lake.  The class will teach the principles of triathlon training with emphasis on improving each athletes efficiency and overall abilities in swimming, biking, and running in addition to developing core strength, flexibility, and stability.  Participants will also learn proper techniques in all three sports and set the stage for successfully adopting the multisport lifestyle. The Class also includes a customizable triathlon training plan, swim/bike/run skills clinics, custom tech-t shirt, and a $50 voucher good towards your Graduation Race with TBF RacingSign up and more information here.

2015 Open Water Swim Class  April 27 – September 2.
The TBF Open Water Swim Class is the perfect way to learn how to swim strong and with confidence in the open water.  This class will teach you proper swim technique, it will teach you how to improve your swim efficiency, and it will teach you how to swim strong in the open water.  The Class is for all levels of swimmers as each workout will offer beginner, intermediate, and advances swim options.  Cost: $200.  Mondays or Wednesdays only: $129. More info» Sign Up Now»

Women's Cycling ClassCalling all Ladies! We want to help you develop your road bike skills, confidence, enjoyment and camaraderie. Join our 12-week Women's Cycling Class and get ready for the Tour of Napa Valley cycling event.

Class will meet every Sunday at 9 am beginning May 3rd and finish on August 16 at the Tour of Napa Valley. You are invited to our information meeting on Thursday, April 30th at 6:00 pm at Folsom Bike.
